Our Favourite Baby Board Books

If there is one thing that I can absolutely always justify buying, it’s more books for Mabel. That girl loves her books! And good thing, because I love them just as much, if not more. There are so many adorable kid’s books out there and it seems like they just keep getting better with beautiful illustrations and even more empowering messages than ever. The designer in me probably gets more joy out of them than my kid at this point, but she can’t contain her enthusiasm to help turn the pages, so I like to think she values a good story and a strong aesthetic too.

I thought it would be fun to round up some of both mine and Mabel’s favourite kid books that we’ve read. Since she’s not quite a year yet, I would say that this list is more geared towards babies, but these books are still the perfect addition to any kid-book library and would make an adorable baby shower gift.
