Art For Your Home: Summer Art Prints Collection

Since I have apparently had art on the mind, I thought it would be fun to share a collection of affordable art prints that would be perfect to add to your space this summer. I love the idea of using inexpensive art prints in our home because it gives me the flexibility to change them out easily whenever I feel like it’s time for a change. The investment is minimal, but the impact of a simple swap can be huge.

I find that I often enter a bit of a funk in the summer months, so my inspiration for this collection of prints is positivity, energy, and excitement. Something about the bright colours and focus on the natural world feels optimistic and joyful. If you need a little boost this summer, too, maybe you will find some inspiration in one of these artworks.

  1. I love the illustrated style of this piece and the cute little beach scene evokes so many sweet summer memories. I can almost smell the sunscreen!

  2. The soft warm pink tones in this piece is such a pretty take on a landscape.

  3. I love the play of complimentary colours in this piece with a warm orange background contrasted with the delicate blue flowers.

  4. And more pretty florals, but this piece feels like it could translate across many seasons.

  5. I love the play with colour blocking and pattern in this piece, not to mention the calming touch of green mixed in with all the vibrant neon tones.

  6. I sing these lyrics every Spring, so what better way to celebrate the sunshine than with this piece bringing cheer to your walls.

  7. More florals, more landscapes, more sunshine and some serious desert vibes in this pretty piece. What more can I say?

  8. For those who like a more abstract style, this beautiful print brings a huge pop of energy without any specific imagery. I think something this bold would look stunning in a small format.

  9. This print brings me back to my adolescence when I ate, slept, and breathed the combination of hot pink with orange (did any other 90’s babies have a hot pink and orange bedroom growing up?). It just feels so vibrant and fun!

  10. For those who like a subtler touch, this pretty abstract landscape still brings all the optimistic, cheerful feelings of the summer without the stimulation that brighter colours can cause.

  11. Flower market! This print is just so sweet and cute.

What types of images and colours do you think of when you think of the summertime? It’s always so fun to hear what types of memories are conjured up in people around a particular season - especially the summer, when so many carefree, joy-filled memories were made once school was out.
